Daucus carota

Beautiful dark carrot with white core, which can be eaten raw or cooked. Ideal for juicing producing a pink juice which has a sweet taste and high in antioxidants. Fabulous colour in soups and can be used a natural dye.

Approx. 200 seeds

Method: Sow direct and thin out young seedlings
Sowing Depth: 2- 5 mm
When: Spring, summer and autumn
Germination: 14-21 days @ 10-30°C
