Amaranth 'Grain Amaranth'
Greens rich in vitamins and minerals. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Protein packed leaf and grain. The grain can be 'popped' and eaten as a cereal with milk or yoghurt. A Hardy summer annual that grows to 1m high. Plant direct on top of soil and rake in.
