Attractive bush bearing abundant crops of slender thin skinned fruit that ripens from green to purple to red. Similar in heat to the traditional red cayenne, measuring in between 30,000-50,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). Some believe the Lilac variety is tastier than the red and yellow, but they can be slightly more difficult to germinate.
