Chilli - Hungarian hot wax yellow
Hungarian Yellow Wax is great tasting chilli that is widely used in Hungarian cooking. It has a medium heat similar to a jalapeno.
Despite its name, the Hungarian Yellow Wax actually matures to red, but it is most commonly harvested when immature/yellow in colour. It produces large, thick crisp and crunchy pods, that can be eaten raw.
Measures between 5,000 to 10,000 Scoville Heat Units.
