This striking lime green cauliflower is an Italian heirloom variety. Prefers moist, well drained soil with near neutral pH and sunny spot. Mature plants are frost tolerant and need the coolest part of the year to develop heads. When the heads appear tie leaves over them to prevent discolouration and maintain vibrancy. Sow late summer/autumn/ Early winter.
