Capsicum baccatum

An ornamental chilli with green leaves and purple fruit that ripens to yellow, orange, and then red. This variety has fruit in all four colour states at the same time. Produces good yields of 2 cm long by 1.25 cm wide hot, edible peppers.

Method: Sow direct or raise seedlings
Sowing Depth: 5 mm
When: Spring/ Summer or after frost (anytime in warm climates)
Germination and soil temp: 7-21 days @ 18-35°C
Plant Spacing: 50 cm
Plant Height: 50 -100 cm
Position: Full sun, well drained soil
