Brassica napus
A rare heirloom variety that produces blue-green serrated leaves. As the leaves mature, their serrations become more pronounced. The stems of this kale variety have a slight pinkish hue. The flavour differs from most kales and young leaves can be used in salads. Thrives in cooler weather but hardy and easy to grow year-round in moist fertile soil.
