Viola Tricolor
The flowers are small and have vibrant yellow and purple hues. They are edible and make a great addition to salads and desserts. The seeds are open-pollinated, non-hybrid, and non-GMO. The recommended sowing depth is 1.5 - 2 cm, and the plants should be spaced 30 cm apart. The seeds take about 70-80 days to mature and can be sown in early autumn through to winter. Will often self-sow in the garden.
